Wonders of the World

History Lesson: 

Over this semester of Wonders of the World, students traveled around the globe, making dioramas of a few of the world’s most marvelous marvels. Their first project “zoomed out” of their world, with a geography book featuring their home, city, state, country, and world. Then, by exploring the culture and religion of Nepal and China, they discovered the Himalaya Mountains and the towering Mount Everest. They also dove into ancient Egypt through pyramids and sphinxes.
